About the Bamboo Cover
The Bamboo cover adds a warm and natural look to the clean lines of our sink. Given it is made of a natural material, with use, water clean-up, or just excessive heat and humidity it will naturally dry out and possibly warp, crack, or discolor over time. Given these natural changes, our bamboo cover is excluded from warranty coverage.
To preserve it's natural look and shape for as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:
- For bamboo (and wood products in general) it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to water and to regularly treat the surface with appropriate oils or conditioners to maintain its integrity.
- To further protect the bamboo cover and maintain it's overall look, it is recommended to seal it with a suitable sealer such as polyurethane, tung oil, or spar urethane. Sealing helps prevent moisture absorption and reduces the risk of warping and cracking.
If your bamboo cover has been well worn and needs a refresh, we do sell replacement covers. We also sell the metal covers separately if you want to change the look of your sink.

We've made significant improvements compared to our old flip-up faucet design. The Sit and Stand Faucet features fewer moving parts and connections, making it more reliable and less prone to failure, especially in highly vibrating conditions.
"Will the Sit and Stand Faucet get scratched over time?"
No need to worry. We understand that the movement of the faucet when it sits and stands may raise concerns about potential scratches. That's why we have integrated a rubber bushing into the design, specifically to eliminate any metal-to-metal rubbing. This innovative feature ensures that your faucet remains free from scratches, even with continuous movement. The rubber bushing acts as a protective barrier, preventing any contact between metal components and preserving the sleek appearance of your faucet for years to come. Additionally, the rubber bushing also effectively dampens vibrations, providing a quieter experience during use
Concerned about the faucet remaining in place when it stands up? Rest assured, we've included a built-in latch mechanism that securely locks the faucet into position, providing stability and convenience.
While we have eliminated the soap dispenser from the standard design, you can still customize your sink by adding a dispenser of your choice. Simply drill your own hole in the sink and install the dispenser according to your preferences.
Installation Tips:
For a seamless and secure fit, we recommend dropping the sink into the countertop. All you need to do is cut a square hole 420mm/16.5 inches by 360mm/14.2 inches in your countertop, drop the sink in, and seal it with sealant. If you prefer an undermount installation, it is still possible. However, you will need to purchase your own undermount hardware to ensure proper installation and stability.
Easy Installation:
We understand the importance of hassle-free installation, especially when you're on the go. That's why the water mixing handle comes with standard 1/2" NPT fittings for the hot and cold water supply lines. These widely used fittings make the installation process a breeze, allowing for easy connections to your existing water supply system. Say goodbye to complicated installations and hello to quick and efficient setup.
