Haven't installed it yet, but the construction looks very solid. Only complaint is no install instructions were included and I can't find a link to download the instructions.
Je n’ai pas encore installé l’échelle , mais à première vue c’est un produit de qualité , soudure , assemblage , qualité des matériaux. Je suis également très satisfait de la livraison, rapide ,emballage de qualité et minutieux. Je n’hésiterai pas à passer des commandes!!

Great support but they needed to include the installation instructions/diagrams in the box. Also the location it needs to be installed is limited, I would have liked the ladder a little more forward on the drivers side but the design does not allow that. Not a huge deal but I would have liked to know this prior to purchase.
