Shipping policy

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

Eligible products or orders may qualify for free shipping within Canada or the United States when they meet the conditions of the active shipping profile. Oversized, heavy, freight, remote-area, or otherwise excluded products may have calculated, flat-rate, discounted, or separately quoted shipping charges. The rate displayed at checkout is the applicable rate for your order.

Delivery estimates depend on product availability, handling requirements, destination, and carrier service. Tracking information is provided when available after an order ships.

For shipping estimates, carrier questions, order tracking, or help before ordering, contact hello@tecvanlife.com.
