At Tec Vanlife, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make that process as easy and transparent as possible. Here are the details of our return policy:
- Eligibility for Return: We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

Restocking Fee: Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged if a return is accepted. This fee covers the initial handling, shipping cost and fees charged by the credit processor, and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@tecvan.ca. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for ensuring safe return and/or associated shipping costs. If shipped, you must provide the Shipper's name and tracking number. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We perform pre-shipment inspections on all products to ensure they meet our quality standards, but we understand that sometimes issues can still arise.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Transaction Fee: If you request a refund before the product is shipped, a 6% transaction fee will be charged. Please note that this fee is charged by the credit card processor, not Tec Vanlife.
