Absolutely love this product! It dropped right in and I had my sliding door area finished in no time.
This product did not fit well in our 2024 sprinter. First issue is that the step is too deep to fit above the factory Mercedes step and so when fitted in place the sliding Mercedes door makes contact with the tecvan step and caused damage to both. Second, the step was not straight along the longest edge and so it shows an inconsistent gap along the factory Mercedes step. Not sure if this is just a one off or if they are all like that. We contacted tecvan for a resolution and after going back and forth for a week they offered for us to return the step for a refund. Which isn’t a totally unresonable request however now we are nearly complete our build and don’t have a step to install. We also cut our floor to fit this step so we are stuck making a custom solution. If anyone is looking at buying these steps I would definitely look elsewhere.
