Si vous n'avez pas de fenêtres, ajoutez 3 mètres linéaires à votre commande.So i ordered a full kit, duck liner and 3m thinsulate, both were in stock according to their website, what i got a week later was just the 3m, no duct liner, no apology or explanation where the liner was or even that is was missing, 3 weeks later after chasing and false promises, still nothing, was told it’s arriving into port with no timeline, at this point my build is now being held up. I would advise on using a different supplier, it’s how a company deals with a customer that makes or breaks it, all they had to do was call or email saying that their website was incorrect and would I like the order shipped in two stages, apology and a small sweetener and I know where I’m at, I would likely of canceled and gone elsewhere so it didn’t hold my build up, but they did not, they shipped the first part with no word of a back order, so they could process the entire payment, very sneaky in my opinion, but I believe in being able to right wrongs, so let’s see what happens after the review, and maybe I’ll change my rating. Review was requested by Tec van by the way which was surprising.
